What Is the Cost of Shipping?

When Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your package has been prepared, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Can I Track My Package?

Can I Amend My Order or Change the Shipping Address After Placing It?

Our warehouse begins processing orders within just a few hours, which means changes are limited. If you need to update your order details or shipping address, please contact us at support@visibreez.com as quickly as possible.

We’ll do our best to assist you before your order is prepared. However, once your package has been shipped, we’re unable to make further changes.

Do You Have a Cancellation Policy?

Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@visibreez.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once your package has been prepared for shipping, we’re unable to process cancellations.

I received the wrong item or a damaged product, what should I do?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us right away at support@visibreez.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We may ask for photos of the damaged item to help us verify the problem. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement product according to the timeframe in our Shipping Policy.

I Want to Exchange the Size, What Should I Do?

If you ordered the wrong size or need a different fit, we’re happy to help with a size exchange. We can provide a replacement in the correct size, but the shipping fee for the new item will be the customer’s responsibility.
