WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?
We process orders within 1-3 business days.
Since we offer worldwide shipping, delivery time can vary depending on the country you order from. For most countries, parcels should arrive within 10 business days (excluding Sundays and statutory holidays).

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Our standard shipping cost is calculated at checkout. However, we do have promotions for free delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours after your order has been placed. You can also put your tracking number Tracking Order to check.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER OR CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
We aim to deliver the best products and services for you, so our warehouse starts processing orders within a few hours of receiving them. Typically, orders are ready within 6-12 hours. If a change is absolutely necessary, please contact us as fast as possible at support@visibreez.com after the order has been placed, and we'll do our best to help. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot make any change the order.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the customer has the right to cancel their order at any time prior to shipment. In order to cancel an order, the customer must contact us within 12 hours through our customer service channels (support@visibreez.com).
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@visibreez.com immediately in case the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may need to require photographic evidence of the damaged product through email. After verifying the damage, we will send you a new replacement product according to the timeframe specified in our shipping policy.
I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE SIZE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For sizing issues, we can offer you a free replacement. However, you will need to pay for the shipping fee for the new item. Please contact our support team at support@visibreez.com for more details on the exchange.
